Losing Weight 30 Day Shred
I done the 30 day shred after my second child 4 years ago really really helped me lose weight and tone up.
Losing weight 30 day shred. I look much better after a loss of about 5lb but i have been really disheartened by the rate. I have lost all but 1lbs but still want to lose more weight. Losing weight and toning up stomach is getting smaller and flatter getting muscle defination in arms and legs also.
Just starting to do level 2 thought i might die the first time i did it but its worth it. But of course how much you can actually lose depends on a lot of factors. It comprises of day by day 20 minute high power exercises completed 30 days straight and is professed to assist you with losing 20 pounds 9 kg in a month.
This is one question that seems to get asked a lot especially since the dvd cover claims you can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. I m definately sticking with it. I was so bad the first few days i couldnt walk lol.
I am doing beginner shred and losing weight at about half a pound a week. I guess this might be why. 30 day shred not losing weight.
In general health fitness and diet. So i am now on day 11 of the 30 day shred and not even half way through. I currently weight 135lbs i suggest the shred but be aware its hard.
The two main factors responsible for weight loss are calorie intake and physical activity 2. I had a preemie baby but still gained 25lbs. I ve been doing the 30 day shred and its working.
