So i m eating at a 1000 calorie deficit and working out at 1800 calorie deficit for a 2800 total caloric deficit on the days i workout 4 or 5 days a week yet over the past 3 weeks i haven t lost any weight.

Plus working out very intensely without enough rest can lead to overtraining which can make it harder to lose weight. I believe the best way to lose weight is in a way that is a sustainable lifestyle. Losing weight is not easy but it can be easier to keep it off of you take your time getting it off.
Ps i upped my calories to about 1400 a day and usually ate an extra 300 or so calories if i did a long 8 9 mile run. Again looking at my bmr i should not be gaining weight at 1500 calories. I ve lost 70 lbs 280 210 in 5 months so far but the last month it has been difficult to lose any weight.
