Weight Loss Not Linear Reddit
I ve had huge weight fluctuations mid weeks.
Weight loss not linear reddit. That sounds stupid but bear with me. Weight loss is not linear. Weight loss is not linear.
I weigh myself every day which is a divisive topic some say it keeps you on track others say it causes an unhealthy obsession. I ve noticed that i really have made many carb mistakes from not studying closely enough. I recently realized that the main reason why i failed previously was because i started with the goal of losing weight and not with the goal of bettering myself as a whole.
I needed this today. That doesn t mean that you should stop weighing in or trying it just means that you need to look at the bigger picture and see the downward trend. Hi everyone here is a graph of my weight loss from 2015 through 2019.
Hw 165 cw 125 i don t have that much weight lost relatively. I ve heard weight loss is not linear so many times but it s never clicked until i read this post. The main reason why this has been my most successful weight loss journey so far is because this isn t a weight loss journey.
I ve just had my first ever weekly gain 2lbs i ve done nothing drastically different this. 200lbs 3 points 2 years ago. Like 6 pounds difference between a couple days my theory on this is that i really wasn t doing keto right most days in my first 3 months of very successful weight loss 35 pounds.
What 5 years of losing looks like. Thank you for sharing your chart.
